Weight Loss Injectables

GLPs (glucagon-like peptide) are injectable medications for weight loss. They work by activating hormone receptors in the body to delay gastric emptying (keeping food in the stomach longer) and tell the brain the stomach is full.  Over time, and with a healthy diet and exercise, GLPs assist in creating new eating habits through reduced cravings and appetite suppression leading to weight loss.

Semaglutide is the first generation GLP medication. Tirzepatide is the second generation GLP that is also a GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide). Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work the same way in the body but Tirzepatide has the added GIP which targets more hormones in the body which has generally lead to greater weight loss. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are for people with a BMI of greater than 25. 

Semorelin is a peptide that mimics GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone) which stimulates HGH (human growth hormone) leading to fat loss and promoting the growth of muscle.  Semorelin is for people who only need to loose 5-20 pounds. Semorelin can also help improve sleep, cognitive function, libido and mood.

Micro dosing is using the lowest dose (0.25mg) of Semaglutide in a weekly or bi-weekly injection(s) to maintain weight loss. It is prescribed for those who are at a BMI of 21-25. It works by helping control appetite, manage cravings, and sustain healthy habits.

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide cannot be prescribed to anyone with a history of diabetes, pancreatitis, kidney or gallbladder disease, and certain cancers.  Semorelin cannot be prescribed to professional athletes (excluded by WADA) or anyone with active or history of cancer.  None of our weight loss medications can be prescribed to minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

The most common side effects of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or constipation. Most of these side effects decrease or resolve with continued use and diet modifications. Common side effects of Semorelin include injection site redness or pain, headache, flushing, nausea and insomnia.  As with any medication, serious side effects can be possible and should be reported to a physician immediately. 

Yes! You may switch between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide during your program renewal time. Semorelin may not be used in conjunction with Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. However, if you no longer meet the BMI requirements for Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, you may start a Semorelin program. 

No, we do not at this time. Injectables have been shown to provide better blood levels of the medication leading to greater and more effective weight loss.

What you see listed as the price is what you pay! 

You meet with one of our registered nurses at your convenience in the privacy of your home, at your workplace or wherever is convenient for you. Our nurse will ask you a few health questions, take your vitals and schedule a virtual appointment with one of our medical providers for you. Your appointment with the nurse takes approximately 15 minutes and your virtual appointment is approximately 5 minutes. Once you are approved, the medication and syringes are delivered to your home in iced packages (your medication should be refrigerated upon delivery) in approximately one week. You self-administer your medication once per week for one month at a time. Each month you meet with our nurse for a follow up visit to reorder and make any necessary changes. There are NO additional charges for any of these visits or appointments! They are all included in your monthly fee! 

Yes you can! Schedule an appointment with our nurse and when you have your appointment with our medical provider they will review your current dosing and prescribe the same or equivalent dose for you to start with us!
