She trusts and utilizes traditional medicine but also believes in the effectiveness of holistic interventions and treatments in complementing personal health. She is a strong proponent of personal empowerment and advocacy in your own healthcare. Michelle experienced her own struggle with weight loss and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and sharing her personal journey. She is a Melbourne native, wife and mother so she understands Florida's unique climate as well as the challenges of managing every day life balances and how those factors can affect our health.

Her stories of preventative double mastectomy and her recovery with Epstein Bar syndrome are incredible feats of resilience. During her recovery she received specially formulated IV’s three times a week and attributes those to helping put her EBV back into remission.
