All IV/IM services require a medical provider telehealth visit that is valid for six (6) months. This visit is $25, non-refundable, and is charged in addition to the first IV/IM service and every six months of services thereafter.* This visit is separate from and in addition to any GLP programs.

A $10 travel fee is charged in addition to all IV/IM services that require travel to your location. 

Bookings canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
